300 Grams mascarpone cheese
5 TB sugar
2 TB Frangelico liquor
2 Packages of lady fingers
3 Cups espresso
1 TB cocoa powder
Separate and beat egg whites until stiff.
In separate bowl mix egg yolks, cheese, sugar and liquor.
Fold in egg whites.
Dip each lady finger (half the length) into the coffee.
Layer in dish and pour cream over layer.
Alternate layers with cream and lady fingers.
Finish with cream layer.
Refrigerate and top with cocoa before serving.
