1 c flour
1/2 c butter, soft
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/3 c water
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 c sugar
1 qt fresh strawberries, hulled
1 (3 oz) package strawberry jello
Blend crust ingredients and press into 8-inch pie plate with fingers. Back for 30 minutes at 325 degrees or until lightly browned. Cool.
Fill crust with fresh strawberries.
Combine ingredients for filling in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add package of jello. Cool slightly and pour over strawberries. Chill pie and serve with whipped cream.
