4 Ripe Haas avocados
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 Medium red onion, diced
1/2 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (leave seeds for heat)
1 Tablespoon cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher salt
Halve and pit avocados. Scoop out flesh with tablespoon into large bowl. Mash with fork while still keeping chunky. Add remaining ingredients and gently fold into mixture. Season to taste. Cover surface with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips for a dip. Enjoy!
